Gnet.Live Business WDN is a broadband service offering fast speed Internet access with a monthly data allowance. Once your monthly data allowance has been used your speed will be reduced (shaped). Our shaped speeds are the same for all Business plans at 2/2Mbps.
To receive our Business WDN service you will need to be within our coverage area and have your site inspected and approved by one of our technicians. After your site has been approved you have the option to proceed with a connection. Gnet.Live will need access to your property to install equipment on the outside of your building. This remains the property of Gnet.Live and is on our side of the Network Boundary point. Gnet.Live may need to access it from time to time for maintenance and upgrades. A wall socket will be installed inside your business (Network Boundary point). Your router will need to authentic via PPPoE for the connection. We can provide a compatible router and Wi-Fi access according to your requirements for an additional cost if requested.
The service is available with a minimum term of 12 months.

Minimum Monthly Charge
You will be able to access your invoices via my.gnet.live. Any additional call charges made during the month will appear on the next invoice. You can make payment via credit/debit card, direct debit & BPAY. For each of these methods, you can set up an ongoing arrangement or pay manually. Paying by Visa/Mastercard card will incur a 1.75% surcharge being added to the invoice the following month.

Maximum Monthly Charge
All monthly costs are the maximum we charge for data. There are NO excess data usage charges. Invoices which are paid 7 days later then the due date will incur a late fee charge of $15 or 10% of the invoice amount whichever is the higher of the two amounts.
Early Termination Charges
If you cancel/relocate your service within your 12-month contract period you will incur an early termination charge of $150.

For data services with a data limit, you will be sent an email when your service reaches 50%, 85% and 100% of your data allowance. Usage is not provided for unlimited data services.
You may view your current usage anytime by going to http://usage.gnet.live when on our network. Your unused monthly data allowance expires each month. Once your allowance has been reached your speed will be shaped for the remainder of the billing cycle.
