Information About The Service
The ServiceBusiness Voice is a hosted IP PBX System. To get the full features and benefits of the PBX you will need IP Phones. We can supply a good range of new IP Phones both corded and cordless.
Mandatory ComponentsTo receive our Business Voice service you will need to have an existing Gnet.Live internet connection. Minimum term: The service is available with a minimum term of 12 months.
Minimum Monthly Charge:You will be able to access your invoices via my.gnet.live. Any additional call charges made during the month will appear on the next invoice. You can make payment via credit/debit card, direct debit and BPAY. For each of these methods you can setup an ongoing arrangement or pay manually. Paying by Visa/Mastercard card will incur a 1.75% surcharge being added to the invoice the following month.

Maximum monthly chargeAll monthly costs are the minimum amounts. Calls over the included allowance will be charged at the rates for the plan. Invoices which are paid 7 days later then due date will incur a late fee charge of $15 or 10% of the invoice amount whichever is the higher of the two amounts. Early termination charges: If you need to cancel your service within your 12-month contract period you will need to pay out the remaining minimum cost of your contracted service.
