The Service

Light Senior Living is a broadband service available at Kressville and Alton Villas in Cooranbong NSW 2265. It offers fast speed Internet access and phone service. Phone includes the port of your existing landline number (where possible) to our service or a new number can be issued. Phone inclusions and excess charges can be seen below under unit pricing information
  1. Calls to premium service numbers and directory calls are not available.
  2. International calls can be enabled upon special request after consent of calls costs is agreed.

Mandatory Components

To receive our Light Senior Living service you will need to be living in either Kressville or Alton Villas at Adventist Senior Living in Cooranbong and have your site inspected and approved by one of our technicians. Upon approval you have the option to proceed with a connection. Gnet.Live will need access to your property to install a small antenna on the outside of your residence. This unit remains the property of Gnet.Live who may need to access it from time to time for maintenance and upgrades. This antenna will be connected via cable to a single Ethernet wall socket (Network Boundary point) installed inside your residence. You will need to use the supplied power injector for the external antenna.

Minimum Term

The service is available with a minimum term of 24 months.

Information About Pricing

Minimum Monthly Charge

You will be able to access your invoices via the my.gnet.live portal. Any additional call charges made during the month will appear on the next invoice. You can make payment via credit/debit card or direct debit. For each of these methods you can setup an ongoing arrangement or pay manually. If paying by Visa/Mastercard a 1.75% surcharge will be added and shown on your next invoice.

Any cabling that is required in your premises beyond the Network Boundary point is your responsibility.

Maximum Monthly Charge

Included with the phone service are calls standard landline and some included calls to 13/1300 and mobile calls. Additional calls over the included amount will result in additional charges as outlined below under unit pricing information. There are NO excess usage charges on data. Invoices which are paid 7 days late will incur a late fee charge of $15 or 10% (whichever is greater).

Early Termination Charges

All plans include a 1-month settling in period. If you are not happy with your service you can leave within this period without paying any early termination charge. Outside the settling in period if you need to cancel your service within your 24-month contract period you will incur an early termination charge of $150.

Other Information

Usage Information

For data services with a data limit, you will be sent an email when your service reaches 50%, 85% and 100% of your data allowance. Usage is not provided for unlimited data services. You may view your current usage anytime by going to http://usage.gnet.live when on our network. Your unused monthly data allowance expires each month. Once your allowance has been reached your speed will be shaped for the remainder of the billing cycle.
