First Time Login Help
The first time you use the my.Gnet.Live site you will need to reset your password. When resetting your password your username will be emailed to you as well.
- This is NOT the same username and password used by your router to connect to our service.
- Access to my.gnet.live will be locked if your password is entered incorrectly too many times. To unlock your account you will need to contact us
- Once you have reset your password and gained access to my.gnet.live you will be able to view:
- account details
- payment details and make payments
