The Service

Gnet.Live offer connectivity via our own Watagan Digital Network (WDN) as well as NBN. Both services are a broadband service offering fast speed Internet access. We currently offer 60/20Mbps and 30/10Mbps Unlimited options on our own infrastructure. For connections via NBN we offer 25/5Mbps and 50/20Mbps speeds. If your plan includes a monthly data allowance your speed will be reduced (shaped to 1/1Mbps) if you exceed your quota during the billing month. Services which are listed as unlimited have no data limitation and will not be shaped. Personal plans are not to be used for commercial purposes and are only available for personal home use.

Mandatory Components

To receive service via the WDN a technician will confirm availability upon request. General coverage maps are available on our website. For NBN powered services your residence will need to be within an NBN coverage area. You can check your location by contacting us. Your residence may require an NTD (network termination device) to be installed if it has not been. This is typically in the case of a New Development with Fibre or in some cases NBN networks delivered over HFC and NBN Fixed Wireless. We can arrange one of our technicians to supply, install and configure a new router within the 2265 and 2264 postcodes. We also offer a Premium setup if required. For areas outside these postcodes we can post a preconfigured device and offer remote support. ADSL requires an active landline telephone that is DSL enabled.

Minimum term

Services delivered via our WDN have no contract and services delivered on NBN have a minimum term of 12 months. Early Termination Charges apply on NBN services if cancelling early or moving locations.

For each of these methods you can setup an ongoing arrangement or pay manually. Paying by Visa/Mastercard card will incur a 1.75% surcharge being added to the invoice the following month.

Any cabling that is required in your premises beyond the Network Boundary point is your responsibility. If you property is classed as a new development with NBN a $300 NBN New Development Charge may also apply.

Maximum Monthly Charge

All monthly costs are the maximum we charge. There are NO excess usage charges on data. Invoices which are 7 days overdue will incur a late fee charge of $15 or 10% (whichever is higher) added to the invoice amount.

Early Termination Charges

Services on our WDN have no contract and no early termination charge. If you cancel or relocate an NBN service within your 12-month contract period an early termination charge of $150 applies for NBN Services.

Usage Information

For data services with a data limit, you will be sent an email when your service reaches 50%, 85% and 100% of your data allowance. Usage is not provided for unlimited data services. You may view your current usage anytime by going to when on our network. Your unused monthly data allowance expires each month. Once your allowance has been reached your speed will be shaped for the remainder of the billing cycle.
